FAQ - Cancer
How do I know if I have a bone tumor in my feet?
Many people have no noticeable bone tumor symptoms at first. Symptoms may resemble those for other conditions or diseases, too, so a cancer diagnosis may not be on your radar screen. Look for things like pain or swelling in any of the bones in your feet. Nearby tissues may swell as well, and the discomfort may come and go or get steadily worse. Activity can increase the pain, and if a joint is involved, it can stiffen up and limit your range of movement in that area. As the disease progresses, you may develop a limp, or the bone with the tumor may fracture.
