Meet Rachel Perl, DPM
Dr. Rachel Perl attended the New York College of Podiatric Medicine to receive her medical degree. She then completed her podiatric residency at the North Shore-Long Island Jewish Medical Center as one of the chief residents.During her residency, Dr. Perl studied at the Comprehensive Wound Care Clinic as well as the institute for acute and chronic treatment of sport injuries at Fordham University.
Dr. Perl treats patients who are experiencing bunions, plantar fasciitis, heel pain, hammertoes, and foot ulcers. She provides detailed, thorough care to her patients. Some of the healing techniques that she uses to treat her patients include laser toenail treatments, orthotics, and diagnostic sonograms and flouroscopy to diagnose and map podiatric conditions, deformities, and injuries.
In her spare time Dr. Perl likes to be outdoors, hiking, camping and bike riding. She also enjoys baking. One of her favorite things to bake are cupcakes.
